Prognostic Models of Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis

Aim: to study the significance of prognostic scales in a target group patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) living Chelyabinsk region. Materials and methods. The included 21 confirmed diagnosis disease duration at least two years. endpoint studied was death. MELD, Mayo Risk Score, Amsterdam-Oxford PSC PREsTo score, UK-PSC Score were calculated based on medical records. Statistical processing carried out using SPSS Statistics v.22 application. Results. A retrospective assessment risk mortality Amsterdam- Oxford did not reveal statistically significant difference between deceased surviving patients. scale showed highest predictive value ( p = 0.046). Conclusion. new model advantages predicting death compared other scales.
